Training Club - Monthly Event

Each month we present a free supplemental training event to spice up our running or walking routine: Hill training, Interval and Tempo workouts.  Most events are available for either running or walking. Training is open to both members and non-members Keep an eye on our calendar.

Training Club for March brings you something completely different.  Ever heard or ChiWalking or ChiRunning?  It's the art of combining walking or running with the ancient art of tai chi!  Tai chi is known as "meditation in motion" and ChiWalking/Running expert Michael Weintraub will join FRWFL to show us exactly how to put it all together.  Be there on Thursday March 13 at 6:30 PM at our regular Holiday Park meetup spot.  And visit https://trichi.run/ to find out more information.

Post-Run Core Training

After our Saturday morning meetup, we offer a FREE workout to strengthen our core muscles which results in better posture and running form. We now have loaner mats available for those who want to try it out for the first time.  .
